General

All goods and products advertised on this website are and remain the property of David Icke Books Ltd. until paid for in full. We accept credit and debit card payments, post and fax orders and payment by bank transfer. These options are available at the end of the cart checkout process. Goods will be dispatched when payment has been received/confirmed.

Missing Items

If you receive an order which is incomplete items please contact us as soon as possible. This should be within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, send you the missing items or arrange a refund promptly.

Damaged/Defective Goods

If you receive an order which has damaged or defective goods please contact us as soon as possible. This should be within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

General Returns

We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the ammount of the items purchased if you:

• Return the goods with their original packaging an in an unopened/as new condition
  
• Include your packing slip and/or order number
• Return your items within 15 days of the delivery date

All returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery to:
